However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information and associated data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you cancel your subscription:

Your account data is retained for 7 days in case you change your mind and wish to reactivate
After 7 days, your personal information, business profile, and prospect data are permanently deleted from our active systems
Aggregated, anonymized analytics data used for platform improvement may be retained indefinitely
Billing records may be retained longer as required by financial regulations
